Connect Delaware, Newark, merged with Exclusive Search Connections to become Talent-Connect.
Kevin Cameron, who founded Exclusive Search Connections in 2015 and Connect Delaware in 2016, said he recognized this opportunity as Connect Delaware expanded into new markets and finding two careers became a growing aspect of the business.
Connect Delaware helps clients recruit talent by focusing on the personal relocation needs of applicants and new hires, particularly in the STEM areas.
Cameron decided that combining the elements of job search and concierge services from his two companies made sense.
“This merger follows our branding logic – to help our customers get better. We can do this now through search, outplacement, connection and partner placement, ”said Cameron.
In addition to the company’s headquarters in Delaware, Talent-Connect now serves customers in Boston. Austin, TX, Philadelphia and Ft. Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, FL.
The expansion is the result of organic growth in existing corporate clients operating in multiple cities.
“We are excited to grow with our customers and continue a high level concierge service program in our new locations,” said Camron. “Our team helps both college graduates and senior recruits get used to their new homes. Talent-Connect’s services are really tailored to the individual. We believe that providing career support to the partner or spouse of our client’s target candidate is very positive in encouraging the candidate to accept the position. It’s about helping the whole family. “
The Talent-Connect process includes an interview with each new employee or candidate to determine their specific priorities. This includes buying a home, networking within the community, recommendations on outdoor activities, restaurants in the area, and other specific needs.
