NEWARK — New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy released new models on Wednesday that provide a glimpse into the Garden State’s direction as COVID-19 numbers continue to rise nationwide.

“We have a long, hot summer ahead of us in this scenario,” said Murphy.

Under the moderate scenario, the state would see a high of 5,400 and hospital stays of 2,669 on April 18.

“Yhis feels to me the closest to the reality that we will be dealing with,” he added.
