Enjoy discounted three-course dinners and takeaway specialties at select Newark restaurants during the week of January 21-27.

Set the grocery meal schedule and support Delaware restaurants this month.

Newark Restaurant Week is hosted January 21-27 by The Newark Partnership. In selected restaurants, guests can enjoy discounted three-course menus and other take-away dishes. Participating Newark restaurants include Home Grown Café, Caffé Gelato, Blue Crab Grill, Klondike Kate’s Restaurant & Saloon, Skipjack, Stone Balloon, Greene Turtle, Deer Park Tavern, Santa Fe Mexican Grill, the Taverna and the Iron Hill Brewery.

The three-course dinners are $ 30 and are served every night from 5pm to 10pm

The Restaurant Weekly Series will return next month from February 18th to 24th. Look out for new specials in the second week.

The Blue Crab Seafood Restaurant & Grill

Choose from a variety of seafood and American dishes at this restaurant. Products include fried oysters, chicken breasts with buttermilk, and chocolate peanut butter layer cake with Chocolate Thunder ice cream.

This Italian-American restaurant offers a variety of dining week options. Those who choose to have dinner can enjoy menu items like fried center-cut filet mignon and fried salmon or chicken. Those looking to enjoy dinner at home can order takeaway meals, including two servings for $ 25 or four servings for $ 39.

Deer Park Tavern

The restaurant week menu of this tavern is available for dining or take away. Enjoy bourbon grilled salmon or jambalaya as a main course and apple pie in ala mode or ice cream biscuit sandwich for dessert. There are also a variety of starters to choose from.

The Maryland-based franchise participates in Restaurant Week and offers some of its family-friendly and pub-inspired dishes. Menu items include Cajun chicken or shrimp noodles, a Southwest steak bowl, and the famous Maryland Crab Cake Sandwich. For dessert, try the funnel cake fries or the brownie sundae.

At Home Grown, guests have a variety of options for their three-course meal. The restaurant is also suitable for vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free guests. Menu items include local cheddar cheese and duck sausage board, winter risotto, and vegan carrot cake.

This Delaware-based brewery chain engages in restaurant week with a menu of soup, salad, salmon starter, and chocolate and banana bread pudding for dessert.

Enjoy a beer cheese soup with crostini as a starter and decadent cheesecake for dessert at this downtown Newark restaurant. For the main course, guests can choose between Guinness beef stew or cauliflower penne pasta fra diavolo. Both main courses are served with garlic bread.
