Two brewers traveling with Biden report that their offers were successful.
As previously reported here, Wilmington Brew Works has sold out batches of Biden beer – Rail Car One.
The label has an Art Deco feeling that connects Zug and Air Force One. The brewery’s website states that Rail Car One is available on tap.
A few hours away on I-95 in Washington, DC, Atlas Brew Works reported that the first Amtrak Joe and Kamala Harris beers had sold out.
Joe is a well-known tea teller and we are waiting for a non-alcoholic product.
Taco Reho goes brick and mortar
After six years, the owner of the taco truck on the Coastal Highway near Rehoboth Beach has announced that it will open a permanent location this summer.
No location was announced, although a social media post indicated that the location is a “fast-casual concept with drive-through and pick-up at the roadside”.
Expect this concept to become part of new or remodeled casual dining options.
The pond announces the exit date of downtown Rehoboth
As previously announced, The Pond is moving from downtown Rehoboth Beach to the seaside shops on the Coastal Highway – the former TGI Friday.
The local live music spot was closed by Governor John Carney for the holidays at 10 p.m. The restriction has been lifted.
Live music will be available last weekend and reservations are required.
According to a Facebook post, pond fans should visit the new location with soft openings in late February or early March. A target opening day is March 5th.
Newark Restaurant Week comes out later this month
Eleven restaurants, representing most of the best restaurants in the university city, offer three-course dine or take-away menus starting at 5:00 p.m. with a maximum price of $ 30.
